Arrow Waste Acquires B Green Services

Arrow Waste, an Atlanta-based waste hauler backed by Carr's Hill Capital Partners, has acquired B Green Services, a Mableton, Georgia waste collection and valet trash provider founded by Emil Bekyarov. B Green will continue to operate its Junk and Valet Trash services under the B Green brand (remaining owned/operated by Bekyarov), while the acquired waste-hauling operations have been rebranded under Arrow Waste to expand contracted revenue, route density and operational efficiency.

Arrow Waste Acquires Clean Earth Sanitation

The add-on deal — announced by advisor Lakeside Acquisitions and closed on September 11, 2024 — expands Arrow Waste's service footprint into additional central Georgia counties; terms were not disclosed.

Superior Environmental Solutions Acquires Arrowhead Environmental Services

Superior Environmental Solutions (SES), a portfolio company of Palladium Equity Partners, has acquired Arrowhead Environmental Services, a Windsor, Virginia-based provider of environmental and industrial services. The add-on expands SES's geographic reach into the Southern Mid-Atlantic (Central Virginia), brings approximately 50 employees and 75 customers into the SES platform, and underscores Palladium's strategy of growing SES via tuck-in acquisitions; financial terms were not disclosed.

Lumin8 Transportation Technologies Acquires Bean Electrical

The add-on expands Lumin8's operations into the Dallas–Fort Worth market and strengthens its ITS and traffic infrastructure installation and maintenance capabilities for government and contractor customers.

Black & Veatch Acquires Bird Electric

The acquisition brings more than 600 electrical construction and emergency restoration professionals into Black & Veatch’s Grid Solutions portfolio, expanding its capabilities across transmission, distribution, renewables, EV charging and storm restoration markets.

Waste Connections Acquires Arrowhead Environmental Partners

Waste Connections, Inc. acquired Arrowhead Environmental Partners from Clairvest Group Inc. and Arrowhead equity holders. The deal adds Arrowhead’s non-hazardous waste-by-rail disposal infrastructure and an Alabama landfill to Waste Connections’ disposal network; Clairvest reported a ~12.3x return on its investment.
