Omegro, a portfolio within Volaris (part of Constellation Software Inc.), has acquired 4R Systems, a Pennsylvania-based provider of cloud-based inventory and supply chain optimization and demand planning software. The business will be integrated as a tuck-in to Omegro's Gaina vertical to expand supply chain, warehousing and logistics capabilities for the retail and consumer goods markets.

HID Global Acquires Omni-ID

HID Global, an ASSA ABLOY Group company, has acquired Omni-ID, a Rochester-based manufacturer of rugged RAIN UHF RFID tags and industrial IoT hardware. The acquisition strengthens HID’s RFID and IoT capabilities — including passive UHF temperature sensing and active/tagging technologies — and expands its sales and manufacturing footprint in India and China.

Celero Commerce Acquires OMEGA Technology

Celero Commerce, a Nashville-based payments operator backed by LLR Partners, acquired Kentucky-based OMEGA Technology, a provider of electronic transaction processing, payments software and business analytics. The deal expands Celero's technology-focused commerce offerings and merchant portfolio, bringing the combined company to over 50,000 merchants processing roughly $20 billion in annual card volume.

Siyata Mobile Acquires ClearRF, LLC

Siyata Mobile Inc. agreed to acquire all issued and outstanding shares of ClearRF, LLC for US$700,000 in cash and shares. The acquisition gives Siyata ClearRF's patented M2M/IoT cellular amplifier technology, U.S. manufacturing access via Servatron, and accelerates entry into government, military and in-vehicle modem markets.

GuardRFID will be integrated into HID’s Identification Technologies business and IoT unit to broaden patient safety, staff duress, asset-tracking and infant-security solutions for healthcare providers.
