Ceridian Acquires eloomi to Expand Dayforce Learning Capabilities

Ceridian has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire eloomi, a Copenhagen- and Orlando-based learning experience platform, with the deal expected to close in Q1 2024 and funded from Ceridian’s existing cash balance. The acquisition will integrate eloomi’s LMS/LXP and AI-driven content capabilities into Ceridian’s Dayforce platform to expand learning, people development and extended-enterprise training offerings; eloomi was backed by the Export and Investment Fund of Denmark (EIFO), Kennet Partners and Great Hill Partners.
