Terms were not disclosed; Leeds Equity said the acquisition will build on its education software expertise and support Learnosity's next stage of growth.

The acquisition brings Looop's UX-focused, automation-first learning management system and its enterprise customer base (including Klarna, Monzo, Financial Times and ASOS) into 360Learning to accelerate product capabilities and increase penetration in the UK and other markets.

Ceridian Acquires eloomi to Expand Dayforce Learning Capabilities

Ceridian has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire eloomi, a Copenhagen- and Orlando-based learning experience platform, with the deal expected to close in Q1 2024 and funded from Ceridian’s existing cash balance. The acquisition will integrate eloomi’s LMS/LXP and AI-driven content capabilities into Ceridian’s Dayforce platform to expand learning, people development and extended-enterprise training offerings; eloomi was backed by the Export and Investment Fund of Denmark (EIFO), Kennet Partners and Great Hill Partners.
