E2open Acquires Amber Road

E2open, an Insight Partners portfolio company, completed an all-cash tender offer and merger to acquire Amber Road for $13.05 per share, taking the formerly public global trade management software provider private. The deal, which integrates Amber Road's GTM capabilities into E2open's cloud-based supply chain platform, was supported by a $950 million one-loan debt facility arranged by Golub Capital.

E2open Acquires BluJay Solutions

E2open Parent Holdings, Inc. will acquire BluJay Solutions in a stock-and-cash transaction valued at approximately $1.7 billion (based on E2open's May 25, 2021 close). The deal — in which current BluJay shareholders including Francisco Partners and Temasek will receive equity consideration — expands E2open's execution capabilities (notably TMS and trade management) and materially grows its global supply‑chain network.

WiseTech Global Acquires e2open

The deal expands WiseTech’s product footprint beyond logistics service providers into broader global and domestic trade and supply chain SaaS capabilities, increasing its total addressable market.

Opn Acquires MerchantE from Integrum

E2open Acquires Logistyx Technologies for $185MM

E2open Parent Holdings, Inc. acquired Logistyx Technologies, a cloud-based global multi-carrier parcel and e-commerce shipping software provider, for a total purchase price of $185 million. The acquisition (previous owners Kidd & Company and Firmament exited) expands E2open’s parcel management and e-commerce fulfillment capabilities and is expected to accelerate subscription revenue growth and cross-selling to enterprise clients.

E2open Acquires Steelwedge
