WiseTech Global (ASX:WTC) completed the acquisition of U.S.-based e2open (NYSE:ETWO) for an enterprise value of $2.1 billion, funded via a new syndicated debt facility. The deal expands WiseTech’s product footprint beyond logistics service providers into broader global and domestic trade and supply chain SaaS capabilities, increasing its total addressable market.

E2open Acquires BluJay Solutions

The acquisition (previous owners Kidd & Company and Firmament exited) expands E2open’s parcel management and e-commerce fulfillment capabilities and is expected to accelerate subscription revenue growth and cross-selling to enterprise clients.
