MNTN Acquires Maximum Effort Marketing

Adtech company MNTN, a portfolio company of Mercato Partners Traverse Fund, has acquired Ryan Reynolds' creative agency Maximum Effort Marketing. The deal integrates Maximum Effort's creative capabilities with MNTN's connected-TV advertising platform to expand creative and media offerings for advertisers; Maximum Effort Marketing will retain its identity and leadership roles within MNTN.
