Standex International Corporation acquired Minntronix, a South Dakota-based designer and manufacturer of magnetic components, for approximately $30 million in cash. Standex said the acquisition expands its presence in fast-growing end markets such as 5G, smart grid, and industrial automation and is expected to be accretive in the first year.

Maysteel Industries Acquires Star Precision Manufacturing, Inc.

Maysteel Industries, a portfolio company of Littlejohn Capital, acquired Star Precision Manufacturing, a full-service sheet metal fabrication and precision machining firm in Frederick, Colorado. Patriot Capital provided subordinated debt financing in support of the add-on acquisition, which expands Maysteel's manufacturing capabilities and geographic footprint in the Mountain West.

Stellex Affiliate to Acquire McConway & Torley and Standard Forged Products from Arcosa

An affiliate of Stellex Capital Management has executed a definitive agreement to acquire McConway & Torley and Standard Forged Products from Arcosa, Inc.; the transaction is expected to close in the third quarter. The Pittsburgh-based businesses produce cast, forged and machined components for rail and industrial customers and will operate independently under Stellex with industry veteran David Meyer named CEO to drive organic and acquisitive growth.

Ltd. in two simultaneous transactions valued at a combined enterprise value of approximately $462 million in cash and stock. The acquisitions expand and diversify Standex Electronics' product portfolio in instrument transformers and related electrical grid components; the founders and leadership of the Amran/Narayan Group will remain involved to support integration and growth.

Enjet Aero Acquires Enginetics Business from Standex International

Multi-Color Corporation (MCC) has acquired Starport Technologies, an RFID-centric smart labels and RFID tag manufacturer based in Kansas City, Missouri. The deal expands MCC’s RFID and smart-label capabilities and creates a new smart packaging solutions business unit; financial terms were not disclosed.
