Responda Group Acquires H1 Communication

Responda Group, a Swedish customer service and contact center provider, has acquired H1 Communication, a Nordic contact center and BPO specialist. The acquisition is intended to strengthen Responda's position in the Nordics, expand scale and capabilities (the deal will double the Group's size to over 500 employees) and enhance the combined company's customer service offering.

IK Partners to Invest in Responda Group

IK Partners' Small Cap III Fund has signed an agreement to invest in Responda Group, acquiring a stake from the founding management team who will reinvest alongside IK. Responda Group is a Stockholm-based BPO/contact centre provider with ~250 employees serving roughly 2,500 customers; the capital will support product expansion, market-share growth in the SME segment and a buy-and-build consolidation strategy in Sweden.

Volaris Group Acquires Surveypal Oy

Volaris Group has acquired Surveypal Oy, a Helsinki-based provider of SaaS survey and customer experience management (CXM) software founded in 2007. Surveypal — which serves roughly 600 customers in Finland and internationally — will continue to operate independently under CEO Liisa Sten as part of Volaris' Ulsted Portfolio (Christian Lanng Nielsen Group).
