American City Business Journals Takes Majority Stake in BizEquity

American City Business Journals (ACBJ) acquired a majority ownership stake in BizEquity, a Philadelphia-based provider of cloud-based business valuation software, and will make a significant capital investment to accelerate the company's growth. BizEquity’s SaaS valuation platform is used by hundreds of financial institutions and thousands of advisors; financial terms were not disclosed and Raymond James advised BizEquity on the transaction.
