Waste Pro USA, Inc. completed 24 strategic acquisitions across its 12-state southeastern footprint, investing approximately $170 million to add roughly $91 million in annual revenue. The transactions expand Waste Pro's residential, commercial and industrial hauling, landfill operations, portable toilets, and recycling processing capabilities across Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina and Tennessee.
