Graham Corporation (NYSE: GHM) acquired P3 Technologies, a Jupiter, Florida-based custom turbomachinery engineering and manufacturing business, in a stock-and-cash bolt-on transaction to expand its turbomachinery capabilities and proprietary technology. P3 generated approximately $6.0 million of revenue in fiscal 2023 and brings patented technologies (MCD and SCAMP) and an $8 million backlog; the stock portion of the purchase price is valued at $2.0 million (stock priced using a $15.92 average).

Graham Partners Acquires E Tech Group

Graham Partners, a private investment firm focused on advanced manufacturing, has acquired E Tech Group, an industrial automation systems integrator headquartered in West Chester, Ohio, from Falfurrias Capital Partners. Graham intends to support E Tech's growth, expand its service capabilities and pursue additional targeted add-on acquisitions across attractive end markets including life sciences, data centers and consumer packaged goods/food & beverage.

National Manufacturing Group Acquires Fiber-Tech Inc

The deal expands National's FRP and fiberglass capabilities and adds Fiber-Tech's end-to-end composite molding, prototyping, tooling and production services to National's existing manufacturing footprint.

Inverness Graham-Backed Custom Agronomics Acquires BioTek Ag

Custom Agronomics, a portfolio company of Inverness Graham Green Light, has acquired BioTek Ag to expand its private-label portfolio of liquid plant nutrients, nitrogen stabilizers and specialty products. The deal broadens Custom Ag’s formulation capabilities and extends the combined business’s geographic reach into the U.S. Midwest and Southeast. Terms were not disclosed.

Flack Global Metals Acquires Majority Stake in Pacesetter Steel Service

Fortress Acquires Gyptech

Funds managed by affiliates of Fortress Investment Group have acquired a majority stake in Gyptech, the Burlington, Ontario–headquartered designer and fabricator of gypsum wallboard and asphalt-shingle manufacturing equipment. The transaction (in which Gyptech management retains a minority stake) was announced as providing strategic support for global growth, scaling innovative technologies, and expanding aftermarket and energy‑reduction offerings; Wynnchurch Capital is the selling private equity sponsor. Moelis acted as Fortress's financial advisor and Evercore as placement agent on the financing.
