Anghami Acquires Spotlight Events

Anghami Inc. has acquired Spotlight Events, a Dubai-based live events and concerts company, to expand its offering from music streaming into offline and virtual live entertainment. Spotlight will become Anghami’s arm for live events across the MENA region and select international markets, combining Spotlight’s event execution capabilities with Anghami’s streaming, data and AR/VR technology to offer hybrid concert experiences.
