Unusual Machines Acquires Fat Shark Holdings and Rotor Riot

Unusual Machines, Inc. announced the closing of its acquisitions of Fat Shark Holdings, Ltd., a designer and manufacturer of ultra-low latency FPV goggles, and Rotor Riot LLC, an e-commerce marketplace serving drone enthusiasts. The deal brings together Fat Shark's technical product capabilities and Rotor Riot's retail platform to position Unusual Machines for growth in the FPV drone market.

Terra Drone Invests in Aloft Technologies

Japan-based Terra Drone has invested in Aloft Technologies, becoming Aloft's largest shareholder and making the company an affiliate. The deal gives Terra Drone a foothold in the U.S. market and aims to accelerate global UTM (Unmanned Traffic Management) development by combining Aloft's FAA-approved LAANC and fleet-management platform with Terra Drone's AAM capabilities.

AE Industrial Partners (AEI) has acquired UAV Factory, a Riga, Latvia–based designer and manufacturer of small fixed‑wing tactical UAVs and ISR payloads, to form a standalone unmanned technology platform. Terms were not disclosed; UAV Factory — which also has a location in Bend, Oregon — has delivered more than 300 aircraft to customers in 55+ countries and will continue under existing leadership, with co‑founder Konstantin Popiks remaining in a senior role.

Ondas Holdings Acquires American Robotics, Inc.

Ondas Holdings Inc. has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire American Robotics, a developer of fully-automated commercial drone systems, for approximately $70.6 million in a mix of cash and equity. The acquisition will integrate American Robotics' Scout autonomous drone system and FAA BVLOS approvals with Ondas' FullMAX industrial wireless platform to expand automated data collection and AI analytics for industrial customers such as utilities, agriculture and oil & gas.
