(OTC: USDR) completed its acquisition of Duke Robotics, Inc., with Duke Robotics becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary after a share exchange that issued Duke shareholders stock representing 71% of the post-transaction capitalization. The combined company will focus on Duke Robotics' military UAS technology (TIKAD) and Duke's management and board now hold key leadership positions in the combined business.
