XTI Aerospace acquired Drone Nerds, a major U.S. drone distributor and service provider, in a transaction announced in November 2025 that included approximately $40 million in purchase consideration. Concurrently, Unusual Machines made a $25 million strategic investment in XTI via convertible preferred stock to support XTI's expansion of vertical flight and unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) capabilities.

Fox Innovation & Technologies Acquires Cotter Holdings Group

Fox Innovation & Technologies (a PE-backed platform backed by Bluewater) has acquired Cotter Holdings Group, including S.T. Cotter Turbine Services, Axis Mechanical Group and Axis Industrial Repair, to add field project execution capabilities to its turbomachinery platform. The deal brings the combined Fox platform to over $100 million in proforma LTM revenue and adds ~500 peak-capacity field personnel to expand service coverage across the United States; terms were not disclosed.

UAS Drone Corp. Acquires Duke Robotics, Inc.

UAS Drone Corp. (OTC: USDR) completed its acquisition of Duke Robotics, Inc., with Duke Robotics becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary after a share exchange that issued Duke shareholders stock representing 71% of the post-transaction capitalization. The combined company will focus on Duke Robotics' military UAS technology (TIKAD) and Duke's management and board now hold key leadership positions in the combined business.

Red Cat Holdings Acquires Skypersonic Inc.

Rototech (Industry 4.0 Fund) Acquires Majority Stake in Tecnotri

Rototech, a portfolio company of Quadrivio Group's Industry 4.0 Fund, has acquired a majority stake in Tecnotri Indústria de Plásticos Ltda, a Brazilian rotational-moulding plastics manufacturer. The deal is an add-on to Rototech's platform to expand its product range and local manufacturing footprint in Brazil; founder Leonardo Segatt will retain a minority stake and the current management team will remain in place.

Hartzell Propeller Acquires WhirlWind Propellers
