(Nasdaq: RCAT) signed a definitive agreement to acquire Teal Drones in an all-stock transaction, adding Teal to Red Cat's portfolio and strengthening its enterprise and government drone offerings across North America. The deal brings Teal's Golden Eagle platform and government relationships into Red Cat's enterprise group to expand capabilities in reconnaissance, public safety, and inspection applications.
