Red Cat Holdings (Nasdaq: RCAT) has closed the acquisition of FlightWave Aerospace Systems, bringing FlightWave’s Edge 130 Blue military-grade VTOL tricopter and related sensors/software into Red Cat’s product portfolio. The deal expands Red Cat’s family of unmanned systems and adds a new defense-focused revenue stream while enabling ramped manufacturing of the Edge 130.
