Elon Musk's AI company xAI has acquired X (formerly Twitter) in an all-stock transaction that values X at $33 billion and xAI at $80 billion. Ltd.) completed a business combination on June 7, 2022, pursuant to which it acquired XMachina-AI Inc. and renamed the resulting issuer XMachina AI Group Inc. The Resulting Issuer will carry on XMAI's business, intends to apply to list its subordinate voting shares on the Canadian Securities Exchange, and plans to accelerate growth by injecting capital and talent into AI and data-analytics businesses.

Xalles Holdings Acquires AIgrowthHUB

Xalles Holdings Inc. (via its technology subsidiary Xalles Technology Inc.) will acquire AIgrowthHUB Inc. in a share exchange, making AIgrowthHUB a wholly owned subsidiary. Based in St. Petersburg, Florida, AIgrowthHUB provides AI-driven customer acquisition and digital customer experience solutions and is expected to contribute about $7 million in revenue over the next 12 months.

The deal integrates SPLX's technology for discovery, risk assessment and remediation into Zscaler's cloud security platform to help enterprises secure models, agent workflows, and RAG pipelines from development through deployment.

MongoDB Acquires Voyage AI

The deal (reported at approximately $220 million) brings Voyage AI's models and team into MongoDB to improve accuracy and reduce hallucinations for mission-critical AI use cases.
