GALLS has acquired Phoenix Safety Outfitters, a regional provider of fire PPE, uniforms, and related services based in Springfield, Ohio. The acquisition expands GALLS' footprint and service capabilities for fire departments and first responders, bringing Phoenix's distribution center, SCBA service center and mobile service fleet into GALLS' platform.

GALLS Acquires Action Uniform Co.

GALLS, a leading distributor of uniforms and equipment for public safety professionals, has acquired Action Uniform Co., a regional distributor headquartered in Pleasantville, New Jersey. The deal expands GALLS' New Jersey footprint by adding four retail locations and a distribution center, retaining Action Uniform's ~40 employees and strengthening rapid deployment and service capabilities for law enforcement, fire, EMS and other public-safety customers.

The deal combines GALLS' nationwide distribution and e-commerce capabilities with U.S. Patriot Tactical's on-base and off-base retail footprint (63 stores) and ~270 employees, expanding GALLS' presence in the U.S. military individual market.

GALLS Acquires Uniform Works to Expand into Canada
