HRB Brands LLC, a portfolio company of Tengram Capital Partners, acquired a portfolio of 12 mass‑market personal care brands (including Brut, Pert, Sure, Ammens, Seabreeze and Infusium) from Helen of Troy Limited. The deal expands HRB Brands' hair‑care and skin‑cleansing portfolio and was financed by White Oak and Wells Fargo with advisory from Hilco Global.

Survitec Group Acquires Hansen Protection from IK Investment Partners

Herman Miller Acquires Knoll, Creating Market Leader in Modern Design

Helen of Troy Acquires Osprey Packs, Inc.

Helen of Troy Limited agreed to acquire Osprey Packs, Inc. for approximately $414.7 million in cash, adding the outdoor pack and travel-gear brand to its portfolio. The acquisition brings Osprey — headquartered in Cortez, Colorado, with roughly 270+ employees and ~ $155–160 million of 2021 revenue — into Helen of Troy's global consumer-products platform to expand its outdoor category and accelerate international growth.

Hafnia Limited Acquires ~13.97% Stake in TORM plc

Hafnia Limited completed the purchase of approximately 14.1 million A shares in TORM plc, representing about 13.97% of TORM's issued share capital. The shares were acquired under a share purchase agreement with Oaktree Capital Management and its affiliates; Hafnia said the stake could support exploration of a potential business combination with TORM.
