(TSXV: TRCE) in a court‑approved plan of arrangement in a share‑based transaction valuing Terrace at approximately $63 million. The deal (0.4973 Flowr shares per Terrace share, implied $0.22 per Terrace share) is intended to strengthen Flowr's international presence and create a vertically integrated cannabis platform with enhanced liquidity and reduced indebtedness.

Global-e Acquires Flow Commerce
