TriMas Acquires Omega Plastics and TFI Aerospace

TriMas (NASDAQ: TRS) announced bolt-on acquisitions of Omega Plastics (added to TriMas Packaging) and TFI Aerospace (added to TriMas Aerospace). Omega, a Clinton Township, Michigan injection-molding and tooling company serving medical and industrial markets, generated about $18M of revenue in 2021; TFI, near Toronto, is a specialty aerospace fastener supplier with about $6M of revenue. TriMas said both targets are private, family-owned companies and expects the deals to expand product offerings and manufacturing capacity while keeping net leverage below 2.0x.

Ryerson Acquires TSA Processing

Ryerson Holding Corporation has acquired TSA Processing, a Houston-based stainless steel and aluminum coil and sheet toll processor with six locations across the Midwest and Southern United States. The deal brings TSA's polishing and cut-to-length capabilities into Ryerson's value-added services network; TSA's former owners Bill Tresten and Monte Sneed will transition ownership as part of the transaction.

Steele Solutions Inc. Acquires Tiffin Metal Products (Merger)

Steele Solutions, Inc. and Tiffin Metal Products have merged to create a combined supply-chain solutions company offering a broader product portfolio for e-commerce fulfillment and distribution facilities. The deal brings together Steele's complex work platform solutions with Tiffin's custom chute systems and lockers, while both companies will continue operating in their existing facilities and leadership (TMP's president will remain).

MSC Industrial Supply Co. Acquires Tower Fasteners

MSC Industrial Supply Co. (through its All Integrated Solutions subsidiary) has acquired Tower Fasteners, a Holtsville, New York-based value‑added distributor of OEM fasteners and components. Tower will continue operating under its current name with President Mark Shannon remaining in place; the business has ~100 employees and reported approximately $35 million in revenue in 2021. MSC said the deal expands its presence in the OEM fastener market, complements AIS's Midwest footprint with Tower's East Coast and Southwest locations, and is roughly neutral to MSC's fiscal 2022 earnings and slightly accretive to fiscal 2023.

MW Industries Acquires Ideal Fasteners

MW Industries, a global provider of precision components, acquired Ideal Fasteners, a manufacturer of threaded fasteners, with the deal closing December 10, 2021. The acquisition expands MW Industries' US manufacturing footprint and product breadth—adding stock, standard, and custom threaded fasteners to MW Components' portfolio for distribution to customers across more than 75 countries.

Endries International Acquires Assembly Fasteners, Inc.

Endries International, a distributor of industrial fasteners and supply-chain solutions, has acquired Assembly Fasteners, Inc., a Florida-based distributor specializing in latches, fasteners and inventory-management services. The deal expands Endries' presence across the southeastern United States and adds AFI's VMI/CMI and iBinDrop fulfillment capabilities to Endries' distribution footprint.
