Vantage Data Centers, backed by lead investor DigitalBridge Group, completed acquisitions of PCCW Ltd.'s data center business (PCCW DC) and Agile Data Centers as part of a broader entrance into the Asia‑Pacific region. Hypertec Cloud has acquired 5C Data Centers and spun Hypertec Cloud out of Hypertec Group to create 5C Group, a combined AI digital infrastructure provider. The deal integrates Hypertec Cloud's high-performance AI compute capabilities with 5C Data Centers' U.S. campus footprint to accelerate AI deployments, improve speed-to-deployment, and optimize performance and cost for large AI and enterprise customers.

3i Infrastructure plc Acquires Global Cloud Xchange for $512M

DXP Enterprises Acquires Premier Water

Apax Partners Acquires American Water's Homeowner Services Group

Funds advised by Apax Partners agreed to acquire American Water's Homeowner Services Group in a transaction valued at about $1.275 billion. The deal delivers $480 million in cash to American Water, a $720 million secured seller's note and up to $75 million of contingent consideration, allowing American Water to redeploy proceeds into its regulated water and wastewater business.

Xpansiv Acquires APX to Expand Environmental Commodity Infrastructure

Xpansiv has completed the acquisition of APX, a provider of registry infrastructure for energy and environmental markets, integrating APX’s registry capabilities into Xpansiv’s market infrastructure for carbon, RECs, water and other environmental commodities. The deal was enabled in part by a $400 million strategic investment in Xpansiv led by Blackstone Energy Partners; advisers on the transaction included Perella Weinberg Partners for Xpansiv and Goldman Sachs for APX.
