Datawords Group Acquires Switching-Time to Strengthen China & APAC Capabilities

Datawords Group, supported by majority shareholder Keensight Capital, has acquired Shanghai-based integrated communications agency Switching-Time to reinforce its native marketing and digital communications capabilities in mainland China and the wider APAC region. The deal expands Datawords' local presence and service offering for fashion, beauty, luxury and lifestyle brands and aims to accelerate international and China-focused campaign delivery.
