Live Ventures Incorporated (Nasdaq: LIVE) acquired Precision Industries, Inc. (d/b/a Precision Marshall), a Washington, Pennsylvania-based maker of premium tool steels and specialty alloys, for approximately $31.5 million in cash. The acquisition — which retains current employees and elevates Thomas Sedlak to CEO — is expected to increase Live Ventures' consolidated revenues by roughly $50 million per year.

The acquisition adds roughly $75 million in annual revenue, brings approximately 250 employees into Live Ventures’ steel/manufacturing segment, and is expected to be immediately accretive while providing synergies and growth capital to pursue electric vehicle and other end-market opportunities.

Live Ventures Acquires Flooring Liquidators for $84 million

The Modesto, California-based retailer and installer—operating 20 warehouse-format stores and retaining all ~625 employees—will remain managed by its existing team as Live Ventures expects the deal to materially increase revenues.
