Live Ventures Incorporated (Nasdaq: LIVE) acquired Precision Industries, Inc. (d/b/a Precision Marshall), a Washington, Pennsylvania-based maker of premium tool steels and specialty alloys, for approximately $31.5 million in cash. The acquisition — which retains current employees and elevates Thomas Sedlak to CEO — is expected to increase Live Ventures' consolidated revenues by roughly $50 million per year.

The deal was financed with a mix of third-party bank and seller debt, a sale-leaseback of real estate, and cash; Kinetic (≈100 employees) will operate as a standalone business and is expected to add roughly $20 million of annual revenue to Live Ventures' steel manufacturing segment.
