PolyVision Acquires Marsh Industries

PolyVision Corporation, an existing portfolio company of Industrial Opportunity Partners (IOP), acquired the assets of Marsh Industries, a New Philadelphia, Ohio-based manufacturer of visual display products. The add-on transaction will let PolyVision expand manufacturing capacity and geographic reach in North America, growing its architectural panel and educational display product offerings.
