Live Ventures Acquires Precision Metal Works

Live Ventures Incorporated (Nasdaq: LIVE) acquired Precision Metal Works, Inc., a Louisville, Kentucky-based metal stamping and value-added manufacturer, for approximately $28 million, including up to $3 million in earn-out consideration. The acquisition adds roughly $75 million in annual revenue, brings approximately 250 employees into Live Ventures’ steel/manufacturing segment, and is expected to be immediately accretive while providing synergies and growth capital to pursue electric vehicle and other end-market opportunities.

Federal Steel Supply Acquires Venture Pipe & Supply

Westbridge Capital-backed Federal Steel Supply (FSS) has acquired Venture Pipe and Supply, Inc., a six-location oilfield supply operator serving Oklahoma, New Mexico and Ohio. The transaction is an add-on to FSS aimed at expanding its geographic footprint and customer base; Venture's founder Ernie Brooks is preparing to retire and Jeret Higgs will lead the business post-close.

LFM Capital Acquires Heartland Steel Products

LFM Capital has acquired Heartland Steel Products, a U.S.-based manufacturer of structural steel platforms, pallet racking systems and material-handling products sold under the SpaceRAK and Heartland Engineered Products brands. LFM said it will invest in Heartland’s manufacturing capabilities, optimize facility workflows and add engineering and leadership talent to support growing demand from distribution, warehousing and e-commerce fulfillment.
