V&A Capital Acquires SinterMet LLC

V&A Capital has partnered with SinterMet LLC's management team to acquire SinterMet, a Kittanning, Pennsylvania–based manufacturer of tungsten carbide and powder metallurgy tool steel rolls for steel rod and bar mills. Ferguson Enterprises has closed two bolt-on acquisitions: Independent Pipe & Supply Corp., a PVF and commercial plumbing distributor based in Canton, Massachusetts, and National Fire Equipment Ltd. and National Fire Fabrication Ltd., a Toronto-based fire protection products and fabrication business. The deals expand Ferguson's commercial plumbing and mechanical footprint in New England and strengthen its Fire & Fabrication capabilities and presence in Canada.
