Zeeco Acquires Japan-Based Applicot Corporation

Zeeco, Inc. completed the acquisition of Japan-based Applicot Corporation on January 13, 2026, bringing the long-time licensee fully into Zeeco’s operations as a wholly owned subsidiary. The deal strengthens Zeeco’s footprint in Japan and expands localized support and capabilities for EPC customers by combining Applicot’s local presence in flare and combustion systems with Zeeco’s global manufacturing and environmental solutions.

Hubbell Electric Heater Holdings LLC Acquires RECO USA

Hubbell Electric Heater Holdings LLC (HEH Holdings) acquired RECO USA, a manufacturer of high-volume ASME pressure vessels and commercial water heaters based in Cayce, South Carolina. The asset purchase — which closed December 30, 2021 for undisclosed terms — includes RECO's 125,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility and will keep production in South Carolina while expanding HEH Holdings' large-capacity water heating and storage capabilities.

Thermogenics Acquires High Desert Mechanical

Jericho Oil Corporation Acquires Assets of Hydrogen Technologies Inc.

Jericho Oil Corporation has entered into an agreement to acquire all assets of Hydrogen Technologies Inc. (HTI), including HTI’s patented Dynamic Combustion Chamber (DCC) hydrogen boiler technology and its technical team. The transaction (stock consideration and milestone-restricted shares) expands Jericho’s low-carbon energy portfolio by adding zero-emission hydrogen boiler and CHP capabilities, subject to exchange and shareholder approvals.

Watsco and Carrier Acquire Temperature Equipment Corporation
