Belgian energy specialist Jeco Energies has acquired 100% of Applitech BV, a Amsterdam-based designer and manufacturer of low-voltage distribution and emergency power systems. The deal, supported by investor NPM Capital, expands Jeco's capabilities and presence in the Netherlands and complements its industrial energy distribution and service offering.

Zeeco Acquires Devco Process Heaters

Zeeco, a Tulsa-based provider of combustion and environmental solutions, has acquired Devco Process Heaters, a Tulsa-based fired-heater design and manufacturing company; the deal was finalized on December 5, 2025. The acquisition brings Devco's brand, products, technical expertise and employees into Zeeco to expand its midstream oil & gas fired-heater capabilities and to offer more complete, single-source combustion equipment, installation, field service and aftermarket solutions.

Zeon Corporation Acquires Edge Precision Manufacturing, Inc.

Zeon Corporation, through its U.S. subsidiary Zeon Specialty Materials Inc., purchased 100% of Edge Precision Manufacturing, Inc., a Massachusetts-based manufacturer of micro‑featured thermoplastic disposables, on December 28, 2022. The acquisition strengthens Zeon's cyclo olefin polymer (COP) offering for microfluidic and diagnostic devices by combining Zeon's materials with Edge's precision compression‑molding capabilities and customer network.

Innovative Emissions Control Inc. Acquires Cormetech, Inc.

(IEC), a special-purpose investment company founded by John Moore and Edoardo Bugnone, has completed a transaction to acquire Cormetech, Inc.; terms were not disclosed. IEC said the investment will provide growth capital and long-term ownership stability to support Cormetech's global expansion and development of new technologies, including work in carbon capture and water treatment.

AGCO Acquires Appareo Systems

AGCO has agreed to acquire Appareo Systems, a Fargo-based provider of software engineering, hardware development and electronic manufacturing, to strengthen AGCO's engineering and manufacturing capabilities and expand its software and hardware development capacity. The acquisition, announced December 21, 2021, is expected to close in January 2022, and AGCO intends to retain Appareo's team and operations in Fargo, North Dakota and Paris, France.
