November 10, 2021

Dublin-based PropTech BidX1 has raised strategic minority growth investments from doValue (15% for €10m) and Oliver Wyman (approximately 5%), with existing investor Pollen Street Capital and founder Stephen McCarthy retaining majority stakes. The deal includes Oliver Wyman transferring its proprietary NPL transaction platform to BidX1 and aims to accelerate BidX1's geographic expansion (notably into doValue's Southern European markets) and broaden its product offering for NPL and property transactions.
