Atos Acquires Eagle Creek Software Services

Atos has agreed to acquire Eagle Creek Software Services, a U.S.-based technology and management consulting firm specializing in Salesforce enterprise implementations. The deal will strengthen Atos' Salesforce and CRM capabilities and expand its digital services footprint in North America; Eagle Creek is headquartered in Minnesota and has more than 250 employees serving customers in healthcare, financial services and communications.

Evergreen Services Group Acquires UK IT Services Provider Digital Origin

Evergreen Services Group, a consolidator of managed IT services and software companies, has acquired Digital Origin, an MSP based in Milton Keynes, United Kingdom. The deal is Evergreen's second UK acquisition and is positioned as an add-on to expand its managed services, connectivity and cybersecurity capabilities across the UK market.

Plusgrade Acquires Oaky B.V.

Treehouse Acquires Origins Analytics

Treehouse, a Singapore-based digital assets data firm, acquired the intellectual property of Origins Analytics to expand its NFT analytics capabilities and integrate Origins’ tools (AlphaStream, NFT Analytics Bots, Wallet Profiling API) into its Hyperion product. Origins’ founding team will join Treehouse; the asset purchase strengthens Treehouse’s NFT product offering and signals capability expansion into NFT/on-chain analytics.

MentorcliQ Acquires River Software

River will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary with President Chris Browning remaining in his role; the deal expands MentorcliQ's market share and combines complementary mentoring capabilities for enterprise and government clients.

Outside Interactive Inc. Acquires Inntopia

Outside Interactive Inc., the Boulder-based outdoor media and active-lifestyle platform, has acquired Inntopia, a Stowe, Vermont–based provider of booking, marketing, and business intelligence SaaS for resorts and travel destinations. The deal combines Outside's large audience and event/advertising network with Inntopia's booking technology to create an integrated adventure travel booking and insights platform; terms were not disclosed.
