MPE Partners, alongside its portfolio company Hi‑Tech Industries, announced a strategic growth investment in 3D International, LLC (d/b/a 3D Car Care), a Santa Clarita‑based manufacturer of vehicle care and detailing products. Apogem Capital provided financing to support the transaction; MPE said the investment will accelerate 3D’s product, manufacturing and omni‑channel go‑to‑market expansion while partnering with founder Tunch Goren and the existing management team.

MicroCare Acquires Infection Control Technology (ICT)

Stellex Capital Management Acquires Crest Ultrasonics

TÜV SÜD Acquires Carspect Group from IK Partners

TÜV SÜD has acquired Carspect Group from IK Partners' IK Small Cap II Fund; financial terms were not disclosed. Carspect, headquartered in Bromma, Sweden, operates a network of vehicle inspection stations across Sweden, Estonia and Latvia (around 150+ stations and ~500 employees), and the deal advances TÜV SÜD's internationalisation and access to three key markets.
