Comfort Systems USA Acquires J & S Mechanical Contractors

Comfort Systems USA, Inc. acquired J & S Mechanical Contractors, Inc., a West Jordan, Utah-based mechanical construction services firm founded in 1976. Crewe Capital served as exclusive advisor to J & S; the business is expected to contribute approximately $145M–$160M of annualized revenue and $12M–$15M of EBITDA and to be neutral to slightly accretive to Comfort Systems' EPS in 2024–2025. The acquisition expands Comfort Systems' presence in the Intermountain West and brings J & S's technical construction capabilities into Comfort Systems' national platform.
