Comfort Systems USA, Inc. has acquired Summit Industrial Construction, LLC, a Houston-based specialty industrial mechanical contractor, from The Stephens Group. Summit provides engineering, design-assist and turnkey construction services for modular systems serving advanced technology (including chip fabs), power, and industrial sectors; Comfort Systems said the acquisition adds complementary capabilities, workforce and scale to better serve customers.
