Comfort Systems USA, Inc. (NYSE: FIX) has acquired Atlantic Electric, LLC, a Charleston, South Carolina–based electrical contractor with operations in South Carolina and western North Carolina. Atlantic brings approximately $50 million of annualized revenue and specialized capabilities including airport runway lighting and industrial electrical services, expanding Comfort Systems USA's presence and capabilities in the Carolinas and the Southeast.

North Branch Capital, a Chicago-area private equity firm, has acquired a majority ownership stake in STARC Systems, a Brunswick, Maine-based manufacturer of reusable temporary modular wall containment solutions.
