Comfort Systems USA, Inc. (NYSE: FIX) has acquired Eldeco, Inc., a South Carolina-based industrial electrical design and construction company. Eldeco is expected to contribute approximately $130–$140 million in annualized revenue and $8–$9 million in EBITDA, and the deal will strengthen Comfort Systems' electrical segment and local capabilities in the Southeastern U.S.
