The acquisition integrates Reporting 21’s technology and advisory team into Cority’s Sustainability Cloud (CorityOne) to broaden ESG capabilities and expand Cority’s global sustainability offering; Reporting 21 was a portfolio company of CAPZA.

Cority Acquires Greenstone

Cority Acquires WeSustain

The deal strengthens Cority's ESG and sustainability capabilities and expands its presence in Europe; WeSustain brings GRI-certified SaaS solutions and a customer base that includes ThyssenKrupp, McKesson, Merck, Commerzbank and Hapag-Lloyd. VNT Management Oy, a lead investor since 2014, is identified in the announcement as a prior investor in WeSustain.
