Cority, a Toronto-based enterprise EHS and sustainability software provider, has acquired Greenstone, a UK-headquartered sustainability and ESG reporting SaaS company. The deal strengthens Cority's ESG and sustainability capabilities and expands its presence in Europe; WeSustain brings GRI-certified SaaS solutions and a customer base that includes ThyssenKrupp, McKesson, Merck, Commerzbank and Hapag-Lloyd. VNT Management Oy, a lead investor since 2014, is identified in the announcement as a prior investor in WeSustain.
