Existing investors Norwest Venture Partners and Georgian Partners re-invested portions of their stakes, and the capital will be used to accelerate product innovation and support organic and inorganic growth.

Cority Acquires Greenstone

The acquisition integrates Reporting 21’s technology and advisory team into Cority’s Sustainability Cloud (CorityOne) to broaden ESG capabilities and expand Cority’s global sustainability offering; Reporting 21 was a portfolio company of CAPZA.

Cority, the Toronto-based enterprise EHS software provider, has acquired WeSustain, a Hannover-based ESG and sustainability SaaS specialist. The deal strengthens Cority's ESG and sustainability capabilities and expands its presence in Europe; WeSustain brings GRI-certified SaaS solutions and a customer base that includes ThyssenKrupp, McKesson, Merck, Commerzbank and Hapag-Lloyd. VNT Management Oy, a lead investor since 2014, is identified in the announcement as a prior investor in WeSustain.

Banyan Software Acquires HealthRx Corporation

Banyan Software, a permanent-capital enterprise software acquirer, has purchased HealthRx Corporation, a Fairfax, Virginia–based provider of research workflow, lab safety and occupational health management software (the Nexus platform). The acquisition brings HealthRx's specialized compliance and medical surveillance capabilities into Banyan's portfolio to support continued investment and product growth in the biomedical research and government health markets.
