ScaleCo Capital’s platform Innoplast Holdings has acquired Shur-Tite Products, a Gainesville, Texas-based manufacturer and distributor of highway and pedestrian safety products. The transaction is Innoplast’s second add-on under ScaleCo and expands the platform’s product offerings into the DOT/roadway safety space; Shur-Tite will continue to operate from Gainesville.

Clearlake called this a new platform investment to expand in healthcare and wellness packaging and to pursue organic growth and strategic add‑on acquisitions in the fragmented sector.
