Springbrook Software, a cloud-based ERP provider for local governments and backed by Accel-KKR, has acquired New Zealand-based MAGIQ Software to expand its product capabilities and global footprint. The deal adds MAGIQ's public sector cloud platform and advanced budgeting, planning, reporting and document management capabilities to Springbrook's Cirrus platform and extends its reach across Australia, New Zealand and the U.S.
