The carve-out from Accela will let Springbrook operate as an independent company with increased investment to accelerate product innovation, customer care and growth across North America.

Springbrook Acquires BIAS Software

The deal is Springbrook's first add-on since becoming PE-backed and is intended to deepen Springbrook's market presence and product capabilities in the U.S. Pacific Northwest.

insightsoftware Acquires Magnitude
