Springbrook Software Acquires MAGIQ Software

Springbrook Software, a cloud-based ERP provider for local governments and backed by Accel-KKR, has acquired New Zealand-based MAGIQ Software to expand its product capabilities and global footprint. The deal adds MAGIQ's public sector cloud platform and advanced budgeting, planning, reporting and document management capabilities to Springbrook's Cirrus platform and extends its reach across Australia, New Zealand and the U.S.

Springbrook Acquires BIAS Software

Springbrook, a portfolio company of Accel-KKR, has completed the acquisition of BIAS Software, a Spokane-based provider of cloud-based accounting and utility billing software for local public agencies. The deal is Springbrook's first add-on since becoming PE-backed and is intended to deepen Springbrook's market presence and product capabilities in the U.S. Pacific Northwest.

diacriTech Acquires Flexpub and oLibrary.org
