LDC Backs Buyout of Wifinity

LDC has backed a buyout of Wifinity, the Kingston upon Thames–based wireless internet service provider, to support the business's UK expansion and infrastructure investment. Existing investor Literacy Capital is reinvesting alongside LDC and the deal will fund significant investment in Wifinity's wireless networks and growth plans under CEO Costas Demetriou.
