Managed connectivity provider Wifinity has acquired Vital WiFi, an offshore vessel connectivity specialist based in Hampshire, United Kingdom. The acquisition expands Wifinity’s services into offshore sectors (including traditional and renewable energy platforms and commercial shipping) and brings Vital WiFi’s wireless software platform and customer-engagement capabilities into the Wifinity portfolio.
