Wireless Logic has acquired Comms365, a UK-based IoT connectivity and managed-network specialist, to broaden its connectivity and IoT service capabilities and strengthen its footprint in the UK market. Comms365 will continue to operate as a standalone business with leadership changes including John Whitty becoming CEO and co-founder Mike van Bunnens stepping away after a handover.
