World Cinema, Inc. Acquires Hospitality WiFi LLC

World Cinema, Inc. (WCI) has entered into an agreement to acquire Ohio-based Hospitality WiFi LLC, combining WCI's video and property-technology capabilities with Hospitality WiFi's managed wired and wireless networking services for the hospitality sector. The deal creates a converged services provider serving roughly 7,000 properties (about 900,000 rooms) and aims to expand capabilities across in-room entertainment, networking, digital signage, smart building and common-area video intelligence.

Wifinity Acquires Vital WiFi

The acquisition expands Wifinity’s services into offshore sectors (including traditional and renewable energy platforms and commercial shipping) and brings Vital WiFi’s wireless software platform and customer-engagement capabilities into the Wifinity portfolio.

Rachio will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary led by CEO and co-founder Chris Klein, combining Rain Bird's irrigation manufacturing scale with Rachio's connected-home technology to expand sustainable irrigation and smart-product offerings.

The add-on expands Celebrity's fleet to over 120 vehicles, with BandWagon's management (including Founder Marvin Clarke and President Jeremy Clarke) remaining with the integrated company and marks Celebrity's third add-on since Allied's investment in early 2024.
