IBS Software Acquires Above Property Services (APS) for $90 Million

IBS Software has agreed to acquire Above Property Services (APS) for $90 million to broaden its hospitality product suite and provide a unified cloud-native platform for hotel chains, resorts and gaming customers. The acquisition adds APS's CRS, PMS and RMS capabilities to IBS's booking, distribution and loyalty offerings and brings APS founder Aaron Shepherd and his team into IBS to accelerate product and market growth.
