Tiger Global-Led Group Invests $350M in DoubleVerify

DoubleVerify, a New York–based digital media measurement and analytics software platform, agreed to a $350 million investment led by Tiger Global Management with participation from Fidelity, BlackRock and Neuberger Berman. The capital will be used primarily to purchase shares from existing shareholders and to support DoubleVerify's continued product development and global growth; Providence Equity Partners will remain the majority investor.
